In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pk78" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to pk78.pro and the legal entity operating it under an international gaming license.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on pk78 or accesses any service available through pk78.pro.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the pk78 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's pk78 Account, excluding any bonus funds not yet released.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any game or event offered by pk78.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process pk78 applies to all accounts prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of the pk78 platform.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card, the primary identification document issued by NADRA to Pakistani citizens.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, being the payment channels currently accepted by pk78.

By accessing pk78.pro, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk78. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies that form part of this agreement, including but not limited to the pk78 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms issued at the time of a relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

To register and maintain a pk78 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pk78 does not permit any person under 21 to register, wager, or access real-money features on the platform.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of pk78 or any of its associated entities, affiliates, or game providers.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of pk78 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously had a pk78 Account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

Each individual may hold only one Account on pk78. The existence of duplicate Accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, will result in all associated Accounts being suspended pending investigation. pk78 reserves the right to merge balances, void bonuses, and permanently close all but one Account in such circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk78 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

pk78 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication via their registered Pakistani mobile number. This provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access and is particularly important for Accounts holding significant balances.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk78 support immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected]. pk78 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take adequate steps to protect your credentials.

• Do not use the same password on pk78 as you use on other websites or applications.
• Do not access your pk78 Account from shared or public devices.
• Do not respond to any communication that requests your pk78 password — pk78 will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on mobile devices.

All financial transactions on pk78 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk78 does not apply any currency conversion fees. The Supported Payment Methods currently available are JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the pk78 cashier interface and are subject to change without prior notice. pk78 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Where KYC has not been completed, pk78 will request the following documents before processing any withdrawal:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (both sides).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).
• Any additional documentation pk78 reasonably requests in connection with anti-money laundering obligations.

pk78 targets withdrawal processing within one to three business days following successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted during bank holidays or weekends may experience additional processing time depending on the payment provider.

pk78 offers various promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, which supplement these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply to all pk78 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any time, unless pk78 explicitly states that multiple bonuses may be combined.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any Bonus Funds or associated wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated period will be forfeited without compensation.
• pk78 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, any Bonus Funds already credited will be honoured subject to their existing terms.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino, sportsbook, and fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

All games and betting markets available on pk78 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. In the event of any ambiguity, pk78's interpretation of game and betting rules shall be final. The following general rules apply across all pk78 services:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. pk78 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed Wager except where pk78 determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error (including, without limitation, incorrect odds, incorrect line-ups, or system errors), pk78 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the Wager has already been settled.
• Cricket and other sportsbook markets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, PCB for PSL). In-play bets are settled on the basis of the result at the time the relevant event concluded.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. All RNG systems used on pk78 are independently audited for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game and market are displayed within the game interface. pk78 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at its discretion.

pk78 makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted access to any game or betting market. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. pk78 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk78 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with pk78 in a manner not available to standard users through the normal platform interface.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit pk78 promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, live dealer game, poker variant, or sportsbook market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any pk78 software, game logic, or security system.
• Using pk78 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to access the Account of another player without their consent.
• Conducting any activity that, in pk78's reasonable judgement, is designed to damage the reputation, operations, or financial position of pk78.

All content available on pk78.pro, including but not limited to the pk78 brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game graphics, text, data feeds, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of pk78 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk78 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any pk78 content without prior written consent.
• Creating derivative works based on any pk78 content or software.
• Using any pk78 trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express authorisation.
• Screen-scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting any data from pk78.pro.

Any unauthorised use of pk78 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk78's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

pk78 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, power outages, or internet service disruptions.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where pk78 has implemented reasonable security measures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk78's liability for death or personal injury caused by pk78's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

pk78 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. The platform provides the following tools and resources to support players in maintaining control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits via their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a session has exceeded a chosen duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net gaming activity are available to all Account holders.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via live chat are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Closure: Any player may request permanent Account closure at any time. Closure requests are irreversible once processed.

pk78 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. Deposits made to such an Account will be returned to the original payment source, but any winnings generated will be forfeited. pk78 may report underage gambling to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

pk78 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request or following a risk-based review trigger.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
• Determination that the Player is or was below the age of 21 at any point during their use of the platform.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pk78 will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy fee or closing a dormant Account.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, pk78 will freeze the Account Balance and restrict all deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in Account closure for breach of these Terms, the frozen Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

pk78 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account on pk78, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk78 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals via Supported Payment Methods.
• KYC and anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Providing customer support services in Urdu and English.
• Delivering promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and responsible gaming obligations.

pk78 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers who process data on pk78's behalf under strict data processing agreements, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

pk78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, pk78 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on pk78.pro.

Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication on pk78.pro unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using pk78 and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The version date and effective date displayed at the top of this document identify the currently applicable version of these Terms. Previous versions may be requested from pk78 support.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of pk78's international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pk78, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Player should first contact pk78 support via live chat or at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. pk78 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the complaint is not resolved informally, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to pk78's compliance team. pk78 will issue a final decision within 28 days of receiving a formal complaint.
• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If the Player remains dissatisfied following pk78's final decision, the dispute may be referred to an independent dispute resolution service designated by pk78's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
